Services

I offer services in Pilates and health coaching.  Although these are often viewed as separate entities, they are really very similar in how they contribute to overall health.  Pilates reformer private and duet sessions are offered at a variety or locations throughout Manhattan. Professional health coaching is offered virtually in private or group sessions.  Face to face coaching session are available upon request.  Coming soon are packages that include both Pilates and health coaching.
