Welcome to Reforming You!  Where fitness and health coaching are offered individually or in collaboration with one another.  


For those who are interested in Pilates, whether you’ve been doing it for years or are new to the reformer, there are packages that accommodate everyone. There's an option for a postural analysis to show imbalances in the body as well as exploring the basic principles of Pilates, teaching proper breath and movement that support alignment and reduce stress on the joints.  The reformer sessions will increase strength and flexibility resulting in a stronger, toner body that is less prone to injury.  

For health coaching, we will explore different areas of your life and define how you might be able to make improvements. Goals will be defined and a plan developed on how best to achieve each one. This could relate to nutrition, relationships, stress, sleep, finances, career, physical or emotional ailments.

Hi, my name is Melissa

I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve holistic wellness through Pilates and integrative health coaching.  With over two decades of personal experience using the Pilates reformer, my journey began amidst a series of disc herniations, one of which resulted in a dropped foot then back surgery.  At the recommendation of my physical therapist, I turned to Pilates as a means to strengthen my core and stabilizer muscles.  It alleviated my back issues and became a transformative practice that I continue to embrace wholeheartedly today.   After working most of my career in pharmaceuticals, I decided to transition in a different direction obtaining my Pilates reformer certification through STOTT. I am dedicated to utilizing Pilates as a tool for rehabilitation and overall wellness.  By sharing my knowledge and experience, I help others cultivate a strong core and lead an active, pain-free lifestyle.​


To compliment my Pilates practice, I am also offering an integrative health coaching practice. Drawing from my own personal health journey and extensive collaboration with naturopathic and functional medicine practitioners, I understand the importance of addressing all aspects of health, including nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.  I am certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) specializing in injuries and women’s health.  I've overcome my own challenges using diet, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, allowing me to guide others on their path to healing and vitality.  


I believe that true wellness encompasses physical strength, mental resilience, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, seeking to enhance your fitness routine, or striving for optimal health, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.  Let's partner on a journey to transform your life.  We'll embark on a path to holistic wellness together.
