Why Midlife Hits Harder Than You Think
Many women assume they'll manage menopause symptoms, start hormone replacement therapy (HRT) if needed , and continue moving forward with minimal disruption. However, research shows the transition is often more complex.
Hormonal shifts affect multiple systems in the body, impacting metabolism, sleep, mood, cognition, bone health, and cardiovascular risk. Addressing these symptoms often requires more than a prescription alone.
80% +
of women experience menopause symptoms, many moderate to severe. Hot flashes, brain fog, joint pain, sleep disruption, mood changes, and fatigue are common. Up to 40% experience psychological symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, and depression. Fewer than half seek medical care.
Hormone therapy can be extremely helpful for many women, but it doesn't address every dimension of midlife health. Sleep, cognition, joint pain and mood often require additional lifestyle changes.
3-5 years
is the typical duration that women stay on HRT.
Many women begin hormone therapy and feel significantly better. When then stop taking HRT, symptoms often return.
Without supportive lifestyle habits in place, the body must suddenly adapt to the full effects of declining estrogen.
2x
greater risk of cardiovascular disease after menopause. Estrogen has protective effects on the cardiovascular system. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women in the U.S., yet it often goes unnoticed during midlife.
Risk actually begins increasing during perimenopause, years before the final menstrual period, making this state a critical window for prevention.
10-20%
of total bone density is lost in the first 5 years of menopause.
Osteoporosis is called 'the silent thief' because bone loss occurs without symptoms until a fracture happens. Research also shows that when women stop HRT, bone loss can accelerate again.
Strength training, adequate protein, calcium and targeted nutrients are essential strategies that should ideally be in place before or early in the menopause transition.
Midlife isn't simply a hormonal transition. It's a whole body shift that affects long-term health and longevity.
Understanding what is happening is the first step.
Creating a clear strategy for navigating these changes is next.

Who This Is For
For high performing women who no longer feel aligned with their bodies
This work is for women who’ve mastered complexity in every other part of life yet feel their own physiology becoming less predictable.
You’ve built a career on focus, discipline, and results.
But lately, your body isn’t responding the way it used to.
Energy dips appear without reason.
Sleep no longer restores you the way it once did.
What used to work.........doesn't anymore.
You’ve may be doing everything “right”-
training, eating well, prioritizing rest.
What’s missing isn’t effort.
It's context.
You also recognize that this stage of life carries real implications for your long-term health:
your metabolism, your bones, your brain, and your heart.
You don't just want to feel better now.
You want a clear strategy for staying strong, capable, and healthy for decades to come.
I help you understand what’s changing, build a prevention-focused foundation, and create sustainable habits that support both high performance today and long term vitality.

How it Works
My coaching programs are designed for women just like you- women who are used to performing at a high level but are finding that their bodies are no longer responding the way they once did.
If you're struggling to find the right physicians, understand conflicting advice, or follow through on recommendations, I help you navigate that process with clarity and structure.
Together, we translate medical guidance into clear, actionable plans that fit your lifestyle.
If you're not feeling like yourself, whether you're experiencing menopausal symptoms, noticing changes in blood pressure or blood sugar, or becoming concerned about bone health, I can develop a strategy focused on both prevention and long-term health.
You may already be on medication, but that does not mean that diet and lifestyle changes can't significantly improve your outcomes.
Nutrition, movement, sleep, and targeted strategies all play a critical role in how your body functions during midlife.
