What Health Coaching Looks Like......

Health coaching bridges the gap between medical advice and everyday action.
If your doctor says your blood sugar is rising or you need to make lifestyle changes, a coach helps you create the plan to actually do it — step by step, with support and accountability.  I support you in creating SMART goals and we have check in points along the way to ensure the desired outcomes are met.

Together, we’ll address:

  • Hormone balance and menopause support

  • Nutrition and metabolism

  • Sleep, stress, and recovery

  • Heart and bone health (prevention of disease and osteoporosis)

  • Lifestyle and habit change that fits your real life

  • Choosing a physician and planning for the visit

 

You’ll have a coach who listens, educates, and helps you stay on track — not with restriction, but with structure and understanding.

Your first session is complimentary and designed to help you find clarity.

During this one-on-one 50-minute consultation, we’ll:

  • Discuss your health history, current goals, and challenges

  • Identify the areas that may be holding you back

  • Answer your questions about coaching and what to expect

  • Determine if we’re the right fit to work together

 

This conversation is about you — your life, your health, your goals. There’s no pressure, just a genuine opportunity to explore what optimal health looks like for you.  If you decide to move forward, I will lay out the coaching plans, and we will decide the details of the contract and frequency of meetings.

This is the only session you’ll book directly through the website.
If we decide to move forward, all future coaching takes place on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect your privacy and ensure full confidentiality.

Coaching Programs

If we move forward, we’ll design a personalized coaching program based on your needs, schedule, and health priorities. Each program includes education, resources, and ongoing support between sessions.

1. How does a health coach differ from a doctor or nutritionist?

A health coach helps you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Coaches provide support, accountability, and personalized strategies to help you implement lasting change in areas like nutrition, stress, movement, sleep, and hormone balance. I don’t diagnose or prescribe.  I work alongside your medical team to help you succeed with your wellness goals.

2. What can I expect in a private health coaching session?

Each session is personalized to your unique goals and health history.  You're the expert on you, and I am here to help you create a plan forward and navigate the bumps along the way.  

3.  How does group health coaching work?

Group coaching brings a small group of like minded people together in a supportive, small-group setting. The groups are created so that all participants have similar challenges they are working on. 

4. What topics do you cover in coaching?

I can coach on any area of life where you feel stuck or challenged in some way.  I have specific training in hormone health, so this is a popular topic for many.

5.  How much does coaching cost?

I offer a complimentary optimal health strategy session to discuss goals and expectations and explain the coaching program.  Coaching packages are fully personalized and discussed during this session. Group coaching programs have fixed pricing based on duration and structure.

6.  How do I book a session?

The first session is booked on my website above.  Subsequent sessions are scheduled through a HIPAA-compliant platform that ensures your information is protected, just like it would be in a doctor’s office. If you decided to sign up for a program during the complimentary first session, you’ll be given a secure client portal for booking, forms, and follow-up notes.

7. Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. Your confidentiality is a top priority. All communications and health data are stored securely using HIPAA-compliant tools.

8.  How long is each session?

Private coaching sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Group sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the format.  We typically meet weekly or twice a month.

9.  Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Private and group coaching sessions are typically offered virtually through a secure, private video platform. You can join from anywhere.  Face to face sessions can be arranged upon request.

10.  I’m not sure if coaching is right for me. Can I talk to you first?

Absolutely. Your first session is completely free. We’ll talk about your goals, health concerns, and whether coaching is a good fit for you.  There is no pressure to commit.
