The Coaching Journey

Every journey begins with a single step and starts with clarity. Your health journey is unique, and your coaching experience should be too. You're not someone who makes uninformed decisions, and you shouldn't have to when it comes to your health.

 

The Optimal Health Strategy Session is a focused, one-on-one working session designed to give you a clearer understanding of what's happening in your body and a realistic starting point for the week ahead. Hormonal health is nuanced and takes time to navigate. This session will give you clarity on where you are, what's most likely contributing to how you feel, and one or two meaningful changes to begin with confidence.

WHAT IT COMES WITH

Optimal Health Strategy Session

A focused working session designed to reduce guesswork and turn recommendations into a plan.

Before we meet, you'll be given a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire to fill out.  I will review this prior to our session so that our conversation stays grounded, efficient and focused. 

During this 55-minute 1:1 session, we will:

  • Review your health history, symptoms, goals, and constraints (time, stress, schedule, preferences)

  • Identify key patterns and priorities (including factors you may not have considered)

  • Translate your physician's recommendations into a realistic, structured action plan

  • Define a simple 7 day starting strategy to reduce guesswork (what to try, what to track, and what success looks like)

  • Answer your questions so you leave with direction and confidence about what to do next.​​

If you enroll in the 12-week Midlife Health Optimization Program within 14 days, the cost of this session will roll over as credit.

There's no obligation beyond this session itself. You'll leave with a clearer picture of your health, a simple focused starting point to begin implementing right away, and the confidence to ask more informed questions at your next physician visit.

 

For women who want to go deeper, the Midlife Health Optimization Program is available as a private 1:1 program or a small group experience with a maximum of six participants. 

Midlife Health Optimization Program

The Midlife Health Optimization Program is designed to help high-achieving women 40+ understand, manage, and optimize their health through perimenopause and menopause, with an optional bone health pathway.  This program follows the Optimal Health Strategy Session.  The core pillars are:

  • Evidence-based hormone clarity

  • Personalized lifestyle + nutrition strategies

  • Food elimination diet and reintroduction looking for sensitivites

  • Sleep, stress, and cognitive support

  • Prevention-focused long-term health roadmap

  • Lab review (normal vs. optimal)

  • Help collaborating with their physicians

This program is available with 1:1 sessions fully customized and private focused entirely on your individual needs, or as a group session with a maximum of 6 people. The group session has a focus on shared learning, accountability, and structured guidance.

You'll understand your hormones, know what your labs actually mean, and have a personalized strategy for nutrition, sleep, stress, and long-term prevention that fits your real life.
