Lean Strength

Looking to achieve optimal physical health from the inside out?    Start with the 8 week program.  If you like the results, then transition to the comprehensive program for a full year of Pilates on the reformer.    Coaching and a hormone health assessment is an option to check for factors that may be limiting your success.  

There are 3 tiers of program options to choose from.  Add-ons are also available.  Tier 2 and 3 programs are individualized to fit your specific needs so schedule a quick 15 minute consultation to get set up with everything you need.

Tier 1:  Self Directed

What it is:  A focused, short-term strength training program to build lean muscle and improve strength through disciplined training, supported by a clear nutrition framework for independent implementation.

Who it's for:  People who want to get stronger quickly and efficiently, with a clear structure they can commit to over a defined period of time.

What it includes:

  • 16 private Pilates Reformer sessions  (2× per week for 8 weeks)

  • Nutrition workshops

  • Nutrition plan for 4 weeks

Coaching Session Discussion about nutrition

Tier 2:  Guided

 What it is:  A structured strength program that combines Pilates training with hormonal insight and guided nutrition support. This tier is designed to identify and address factors that may be limiting strength gains, recovery, or body composition.

Who it's for: Women who have trained before but struggled to see expected results, or who suspect hormonal or metabolic factors are influencing how their body responds to exercise and nutrition.

What it includes:

Everything in Tier 1 plus:

  • Hormone workshop

  • Hormone Assessment Questionnaire with interpretation

  • 2 private coaching sessions

Pilates reformer session with instructor

Tier 3:  Comprehensive

What it is:  A long-term strength and conditioning program designed to support sustained improvements in muscle, function, and body composition. This tier emphasizes consistency over time to create durable, lifestyle-level results.

Who it's for:  Women who view strength as a long-term health priority and want to build and maintain muscle, resilience, and physical capacity as they age.

What it includes:

Everything in Tier 2 plus:

  • 32 additional private Pilates Reformer sessions 2x week (total 48 session~ 1 year)
