  • 1 coaching session to review health questionnaire

Who it's for: Individuals who want support understanding how current health data connects to daily habits and who value guidance in implementing changes but do not want ongoing coaching.

What it includes:

Everything in Tier 1 plus:

  • 4 coaching sessions over 3 months

  • Review Health questionnaire and create a plan to move forward

  • Personalized meal plan and shopping list for 1 month

  • Physician visit prep

What it is:  A higher-support prevention program designed to help integrate health strategies into real life over time, with ongoing guidance and refinement as priorities evolve.

What it includes:

Everything in Tier 2 plus:

  • 2 additional coaching sessions for a total of 6 over 3 months

  • Disease prevention plan

  • Review of labs, medication and supplements

  • Weekly email access for questions and ongoing guidance

  • Additional nutrition support as needed
